What We Do!

Exceptional Tournaments with a Focus on Positive Player Experience

Collaborate - Step 1

We will work with the point person for the venue to agree on the following:

Date of the Tournament (when to open for registration and start time release) Cost to use the courts and the number of courts the venue will provide
Food costs (if venue has a café or snack bar) Maximum # of players

Any liability requirements or venue regulation that must be followed by the players (i.e., show photo ID at check in and sign liability form, parking etc.)

Process Registration - Step 2

We open the tournament and begin processing registrations
We update point person on our progress every 2 weeks. We will create a flyer if venue want one and provide a QR Code for ease of Registration

Usage & Court Availability - Step 3

Final numbers are given to the venue when registration closes and times are provided to the point person to know exactly when the courts will be used and when they will once again become available to the venue.
We order and design the shirts or towels that are offered to the players

Tournament Day

Management Services Step 4

We manage the check-in, shirt distribution (if offered) and provide the following:

Highlighted schedule for the entire day for every player
Balls, clipboards, scoresheets, pencils and baskets for every court Medals for the winners (1 st thru 3 rd place) Snacks for replenishment during play and coffee bar if allowed

We gather the players and give a short briefing and play the National Anthem to kick off the day

We run the tournament on time and rarely run late. We have become very adept at adhering to the time constraints of our clubs/venues.

Responsible Closure - Step 5

Electricity near tournament desk. A 6ft. table and 2 chairs and wifi

We leave the club/venue as we have found it on the last day and write a check to
the venue and café to settle up.

Vicky & Richard Eisemann

Vicky brings extensive experience as the former National Tournament Director for Life Time, with a background in coordinating and executing numerous successful tournaments, shootouts, leagues, and mixers within Life Time Facilities. Likewise, Richard served as one of the National Pickleball Managers for Life Time. Despite Life Time’s pickleball division dissolving during the COVID pandemic, we have independently organized nearly 100 tournaments since 2017, establishing ourselves as deeply involved in the thriving Pickleball Community.

Our commitment to giving back is evident through the three successful Military Pickleball – Battle of the Branches tournaments we organized, benefiting the Gary Sinise Foundation, where we proudly donated over $30,000 to support the cause.

Renowned for our highly popular Picklemania Tournaments in Texas and Oklahoma, we prioritize creating an exceptional player experience while ensuring seamless event execution. Notably, we have organized charity events for various companies throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Operating within facility time constraints and adhering to rules, we pride ourselves on leaving venues in pristine condition, showcasing our dedication to professionalism and respect for the locations we use.

To facilitate tournament management, we utilize the cutting-edge R2sports software, and our expertise has led us to propose pickleball-specific upgrades to enhance the user experience. With this superior software, we have honed our skills and become top-tier tournament directors in the industry.

The doubles tournament that I played in 1-3 December was amazing. Amazing staff, other players and the Life time fitness center takes your breath away. I have never had the honor of playing on such beautiful courts. Everyone was so helpful. I saw a few people I met at the OK Senior Games, but mostly new faces. Was so fun to play and to watch. Everyone was encouraging. Two of my partners ( the women's doubles and the 50 under and 50 over had never even played in a tournament before. Although we did not win any games it was alright because we met some really good people and were able to compete with some really good players. And of course best of All we did NOT get the dreaded Pickle. Ha ha ha! Good times would so it all over again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

We are excited to announce this innovative and proprietary tournament enhancement.

Turnkey Tournaments has devised a Tournament Performance Score which will give you a mile high view of the performance of all players in a tournament. You will see a list of all tournament players in order of highest scoring player to lowest scoring player. It will also show the multiple divisions you played in and your individual Division Performance Score (DPS).

Additionally, the TPS (your top 5) is now included in your overall ranking in the Turnkey Tournament Ranking System.

What will the TPS accomplish?

It gives a player an opportunity to improve on his/her personal performance and allows the player to see how they measure up in relation to all players in a tournament.

It gives a tournament director the ability to readily identify and track players that may be playing in divisions below their skill level.

It adds to your overall ranking.

How is the TPS Determined?

The process and software algorithms are proprietary but there are some features being measured that you will understand.

Your Performance is based on the points you scored in your matches, the points scored against you, how you finished, if you made playoffs, if you medaled. The size of your division is also taken into consideration. All of these factors and more come together and provide a player with a snapshot of their performance in any one tournament
